Amazon Web Services Service Degradation
Updates
The list of known issues is now as follows:
- Zoom calls do not ring through on the Zoom mobile app, only on Zoom Desktop.
- Gazette Customer Care’s inbound call queue is serviced by Amazon Connect and is currently not working.
- Adobe Web Services including Adobe Stock and Adobe Document Cloud are unavailable or intermittently available.
- ShareFile is intermittently inaccessible.

Amazon Web Services Service Degradation
Amazon Web Services is reporting a service degradation that affected multiple global services in the early morning hours of October 20th. Although the fault has been resolved, several services that Folience employees rely on (including Zoom) are experiencing slow or reduced service. These services are external to our IT team, but updates will be provided as additional details become available.
