Ark Internet Down

Internet service was restored at approximately 7:08am after a firewall reboot. We are review log files and opening tickets with vendors to confirm root cause. Services have been fully restored.

Reboot of firewall network equipment has restored internet. We are currently investigating any other issues and potential root causes for failure and why failover to redundant gear was not a success.

Power is present in the rack and reboots of network equipment are being performed. We are still isolating the issue.

We are still working with Ark support to verify services. No root cause has yet to be determined.

We have been notified that the Ark network is down. No internal services will be accessible until network is restored. We are currently checking with the datacenter.
