Ark Server Issues

There were issues related to our backup process that caused interruption of two servers. We had to reboot EDDATA (Naviga Workbench) in order to regain full service.

The FSGCI server is back to full service as well.

We are investigating issues with backups that may have caused some connectivity issues with impacted servers (EDDATA/FSGCI). We have seen recovery on one device but are still reviewing file services. The F: drive and potentially shortcuts to Naviga Circulation (if using shortcut to N:\DTI) will be impacted. We see recovery but will continue to confirm.

The EDDATA (Naviga Print Workbench) and FSGCI fileservers are currently down. We are investigating the root cause. It may not be isolated to these two machines as we are in the early stages of investigation.
