Global Protect (Cimarron/LifeLine) from 2025-03-27 15:00 CDT to 2025-03-27 16:00 CDT

This maintenance has been concluded as planned.

Access to Global Shop while on Global Protect is being addressed. We are opening a ticket to whitelist a new IP address. Additional testing is occuring.

Routing issues have been resolved. We are performing additional testing but the internet is up and speeds appear to be good on initial testing.

DNS has been changed on vpn.cimarrontrailers.com and vpn.lifelineambulance.com. We are working through some internet routing issues and making some updates.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We will be updating the Global Protect portal address from it’s current location in Virginia to Iowa. This may bump remote workers on Global Protect off the VPN for a short period of time while this is being adjusted. Future connections will go through our primary datacenter as we continue to shut down Amazon Web Services.
